6. How can I track my delivery?
Go to the Track your delivery section. Enter your consignment number with the three alphabets station code prefix in the box provided and click Track.

7. What are the customs requirements for despatch of International shipments?

8. What can be shipped in your Boxes?
The content in the box should not exceed the weight specification of the box. We cannot ship any items that come under the ‘Restricted and Banned Items’ list.

9. What are your terms of carriage of shipment?
We advise you to insure the goods handed over to us for transportation. Under the consignor insurance in the event of any loss, we shall provide the COF (Certificate of Facts) on request. A COF charge of 0.2% on the invoice value shall be charged. If the consignment is not insured by the consignor, we have provisions to cover under Risk coverage policy, if the consignor agrees to pay Risk surcharge as applicable at the time of booking. The maximum value goods that we carry under Risk coverage is Rs. 10,000/-.
